VGCC librarians provide regular library and information literacy instruction to students, faculty, staff, and library patrons through class and small group sessions, one-on-one assistance, research guides (LibGuides), and online instruction. Reference assistance is available in person, by telephone, by email, and afterhours via ChatStaff- Live Chat with a Librarian.
Please contact the library for more information.
Research guides are available for most subjects. These are compiled by the college's librarians using books, databases, and other resources owned and/ or licensed by the college.
VGCC librarians have organized the library's licensed databases, related periodicals, and Library Research Guides by subject to aid in research. They are detailed under the "Databases" navigation tab.
